Before Instagram introduced the concept of video clips, another service called Vine had already rolled out the concept of motion clips for its users. The Vine app lets you capture and share short, beautiful, looping videos among friends. Just like Instagram, Vine has its own social network where users can view, comment or share activity.
Unfortunately for many people, Vine is only available for iOS and Android. So, if you do not fall into either user group, you can’t use this app on your mobile device. But today, we’ll show you how to install and use Vine on your PC / Mac.

Vine does not officially have any PC version of the app. To install and use on PC, we’ll download the Android version of the app and run it inside a suitable Android emulator.
